KPMS will collect monthly rent cheques from tenants and deposit in at a bank nominated by the clients. A copy of the deposit receipt will be scanned and emailed to the client to keep them updated about the rent.
Periodic inspection of the apartment, inorder to check that it is being maintained by the tenant. This would bring 'peace of mind' that your investment is being looked after, and will be returned in good condition.

This means our project license, property papers and other documents have been verified and approved by the finance companies. When the client applies for a loan, the bank will approve the application depending on the financial status of the client.
