• Established in 2006 as Rahul Builders in Goa.
• Khain Properties was formed as a partnership firm in 2010, as Khane Construction at Manipal.
• Subsequently the name was changed to Khain Properties and the Udupi Office was opened in 2010.
• The Group has diversified interest such as Sea food processing, with their processing unit being situated at Goa, employing more than 200 people.
• 2008 Launch of Silent Meadows, Manipal.
• 2010 Launch of Khain Annapa Heritage, Brahmagiri Udupi
• 2011 Launch Rahul Nagar Layout , Near TMA Pai Management College Manipal.
• 2012 Khain Serenity, Off Mission Compuond Udupi.
• Khain Properties is in the process of obtaining ISO 9001:2008 Certification form Bureau Veritas.
• 2013 Nilaya Premium Apartments Kalsanka, Udupi.
• 2014: Handover of "Serenity" project, Mission Compound, Udupi.
• 2015: Launch of "Aashiyana" project, Kalsanka, Udupi.
• 2018 Launch of “Aashraya” project, Kalsanka, Udupi
